 \nThis presentation is about the journey of finding soul through art and s
 tonework after severe trauma. There will be numerous images of the complet
 ed and ongoing stonework\, and of the process of building a large sunken s
 tone spiral labyrinth. The material will be anchored to the theory and wor
 k of C.G. Jung\, with illustrated quotations and context.  \nThis talk wil
 l be a continuation of the material presented to the C.G. Jung Club of Ora
 nge County in April 2021 (A Story of Heart\, Soul and Stones - video link.

 e depth psychological symbolism of labyrinths.  \nStephen Parker\, PhD\, i
 s a Jungian psychologist from Fairbanks\, Alaska. He has worked for forty 
 years throughout Alaska and presented on numerous Jungian topics during th
 at time.  He has maintained the website www.jungcurrents.com for many year
 s.\nHeart issues that began twenty years ago led him to paint and write He
 art Attack and Soul (available from Amazon)\, which became the basis of se
 veral solo art shows. He has also been working with stone for two decades 
 and has built a large Stone Sanctuary with numerous stone features. Most r
 ecently\, he has been working on a large sunken stone spiral labyrinth\, a
  five-year project.\nHis work was featured in the journal Psychological Pe
 rspectives and displayed at Commonweal in Bolinas\, California. He lives i
 n a birch forest in the hills of Fairbanks\, Alaska\, with his partner (Ko
 rnelia Grabinska\, PhD\, a Jungian analyst) and next to his two grown chil
 dren\, grandchild\, three family dogs\, the Stone Sanctuary and the Labyri
 nth.
