SUMMARY:The Artist's Style and the Handwriting of the Psyche
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, March 18th\, 2012\, 4:00 ~ 6:00 PM\nThe Artist's Style
  and the Handwriting of the Psyche\nPresented by\nShirley Eisman\, BFA\, M
FA\nlink to audio file\nArt History reveals\, regardless of time and cultu
re\, that the hand or style of the artist is inner directed. A statement i
s made through the hand\, the eye and the inner eye as well as the choice
of compositional elements. In viewing a work of art\, consciousness of the
process enriches the experience. Together\, we will compare and contrast
these elements in the artists' life and work.\nShirley Eisman\, BFA\, MFA\

at the C.G. Jung Study Center Of Southern California. Her art has been exh
ibited in Los Angeles\, San Francisco and New York. The winner of juried p
rizes\, her work is held in private collections in both the United States
 and Europe.
