In a few months time, Jung’s long withheld Red Book will be published. The speaker believes that this highly personal revelation will show Jung as a visionary Gnostic teacher. Was Philemon Jung’s spiritual master? Was Jung a Gnostic prophetic figure for the twentieth and twenty-first centuries? These questions will be considered by Dr. Hoeller who is a recognized authority on the Gnostic tradition and the author of such books as The Gnostic Jung and the Seven Sermons to the Dead and Jung and the Lost Gospels.

Dr. Stephan Hoeller, author, lecturer and scholar of gnostic and spriritual traditions and Jungian psychology received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Innsbruck in Austria. He is Professor Emeritus of Comparative Religion of the College of Oriental Studies in Los Angeles. For decades Dr. Hoeller has delivered a public lecture series at the Gnostic Society and previously at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles. He also serves as Bishop of the Ecclesia Gnostica in L.A. He continues to be a regional speaker for the Theosophical Society of America. An archive of his lectures is available online atwww.BCrecordings.net. Current lectures are announced atwww.Gnosis.org.
