Program Registration
- Preregistration for Club events is recommended; it assures your place and saves you money!
- For program and other information, call the Club phone at (714) 964-5741.
- No confirmation will be mailed. Your name badge is your ticket and will be available at the door.
- If you are a member, you receive a reduced rate for program events.
- If you are not a member and would like to become one, you can add the $25 membership fee for individuals and $40 for couples to the member rate for the program event.
NOTE: Interactive registration is not available here. Please fill in the printable form then click the print button on your browser. THE FORM IS NOT NECESSARY IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PRINT. Just write a memo on your check indicating the name and date of the event and mail to:
