Presented by
Steven Galipeau, MA, MDiv

Invite your friends:

International events, like the shooting, bombings and stabbings in various European locations, as well as national violent eruptions at a variety of public venues, most recently Las Vegas, challenge us at our core to live in a soulful way.  This presentation will explore the works of C.G. Jung, Edward Edinger, and Karen Armstrong as they may help us understand how splits in the modern psyche open the door for such events to erupt, and the challenges we all face in living with these horrific realities and propensity of some people to live them out.

Steven Galipeau, M.A., M.Div., is a Jungian Analyst in private practice in Woodland Hills, California and President and Executive Director of Coldwater Counseling Center in Studio City, a Jungian-oriented sliding scale nonprofit.  He is the author of two books, Transforming Body and Soul: Therapeutic Wisdom in the Gospel Healing Stories and Journey of Luke Skywalker: An Analysis of Modern Myth and Symbol, and several articles and reviews on a variety of topics related to Analytical Psychology.
